A Real Estate negotiation is a process between two or more parties (each with its own aims, needs, and viewpoints) seeking to discover a common ground and reach an agreement to settle a matter of mutual concern and exchange value. This is what I will do for you when buying and selling your home.
 
With over 20 years of experience, I bring vast and varied sales and negotiations expertise to my clients with both my educational and work background. My focus is particularly around re-sale homes and condominiums in Toronto.
 
Knowing neighborhoods has been a huge asset. I have a deep knowledge of the areas on which I focus my time and efforts. Trinity Bellwoods, Cedarvale, Danforth, and Wychwood to name a few.
 
In my free time, I love to play drums with my band "The Watchmen" and spend time with my three children. I've been happily married to my wife Sara for over 20 years.
 
I provide an innovative, fresh, professional environment and understand the needs of my clientele.
